Can't update my game.[SOLVED]

I have tried to update my game with the ultimate fix,did it correctly.Still cant download anything into my game.The launcher says "New update is available" I also tried the manual patch but nada. ![Can't update my game.[SOLVED] 2830496658](https://2img.net/u/1915/15/94/87/smiles/2830496658.gif)

Is it a content patch?
What version of The Sims 3 do you have, on the launcher hover over the bottom left icon, and it should display what version you have.
You able to play just can't install store content right? What expansions do you have?

i just can play,i cant install anything. i own the sims 3,world adventures, generations,night life,ambitions,pets,and showtime.i downloaded here sweet treats and supernatural.

Hello,
That's your launcher version, what is your base game version? You can find out by hovering your mouse over the base game icon in the bottom left corner of the launcher.

i have the same problem bc im installing custom content and does say that i have the wrong version of the official game so please help and i tried the ultimate fix aswell

both of our basegame version is probably 1.39.3.018017 bc i have the
same version overall that he has so thats the base game version we have
so please reply asap! ty

Hello,
That's the recommended game version. There is a game version 1.42 since yesterday, but no fix yet.
It's possible that you're being prompted to use a store content patch, though that wouldn't cause problems installing cc/store updates if you didn't.
If it's stuff from the exchange you're having trouble with, we're aware of that issue and don't have a solution yet. Everything else may simply have to be decrapified like this.

now when i try to play it prompts me to insert my supernatural game into disk

oh no,i recently updated my game to the latest version. 
Now my launcher starts and click my game and the game actually never starts.I cant play now.
