Oddity in game menu after update 1.4 and ultimate fix

Okay so I did the update and the ultimate fix, everything works fine. Only I now have in my menu 4 worlds that have the little gold simoleans icon by them (have to buy them). Now I did the complete download from mediafire so I already have sunlit tides, hidden springs, lunar lakes and lucky palms, and can play them. But the 4 new items are sunlit tides gold, lucky palms gold, hidden springs and lunar lakes. Is there a way to get rid of these items....or to get the two gold packages?

It's not really affecting anything other than being there in my menu, just sort of annoying more than anything, but I do wonder about the two gold packages and what they offer over the ones I got from G4TW's mediafire.

You should be able to turn off the in-game store via the in-game "Options" menu.
It's one of the settings tabs, I'm not sure which one exactly.
