Still getting service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb) even after using ultimate fixed. [SOLVED]

Hello,

I've installed The Sims 3 Base Game, Ambitions, World Adventures, High End Loft Stuff, Generations, Pets, Showtime and Supernatural. However after hours and hours of trying and reinstalling all the packs, I'm still receiving the 0x0175dcbb error. I have tried using the ultimate fix, followed the instructions carefully, double checked, patched to 1.39, cracked, but the problem still persists. I still have the 0x0175dcbb error when I tried to play. I have even checked the registry editor and there seems to be no problem there (like having other expansion packs I'm not currently installed).

So I'm really frustrated right now. I hope someone here could help me sort this out. I really really really wanna play The Sims 3. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

EDIT : Try to install (or transfer) the whole game in local disk C: in Program Files/Electronic Arts and see if it works just like mine did

I've tried everything A-Z from checking registry to reinstall the whole game but it still wouldn't run. Then I transfer the whole thing into dish local C: in Program Files which is C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 and it worked!

It seems that the game won't run unless you install it in Program Files. I installed it in a different partition so the error kept bugging me out.

I would gladly say that this issue is resolved!
