Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb) [SOLVED]

i have sims 3 blackbox and its working fine but when i install sims 3 supernatural it gives me that error Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb) Please Helpppp!

no i asked can i do anything about it bec. iam not ready to download the sims 3 and all expnsions and stuff

It's probably because of the base game version you have. That's a modified installer and we may or may not be able to fix it.

If you did download/install Blackbox, we don't have it, so if it doesn't work, we can only suggest download un-modified versions, such as the ones G4TW has for download.
