Game crashing after install of Seasons.[SOLVED]

I just installed Seasons, but now when i start after it has loaded the silly loadingscreen it CTDs, with This program has stopped responding error...

How to fix?

Hello,

Hard to say, since we don't have a Seasons torrent of our own yet.
You can try steps 2-4 here, but since no one can confirm that particular patch and crack work with Seasons, you'll be a guineapig.
Also, look here if that doesn't work.

Oooohhh, i deleted the Mods from the Program Files folder, not the Documents folder, so yeah...
It was the mods, and now they are gone. All works now!

But i am kind of worried about the Routing error that comes with all towns, i hope the modthesims community fixes on it soon

In my opinion, ALWAYS try moving your Mods folder before freaking out! heheh! I had the same exact issue when my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall EVERYTHING bleh!!! It kept crashing, I kept pulling out my hair, and I moved out mods folder and ta-da! worked like a charm! Then I slowly started adding things back into my mods folder, moved it back over and found out what was causing the crash!

Hi! I'm having the same problem. The game crashes soon after the
household starts loading. If I understand correctly, the player who
opened this topic solved the problem, but I'm not quite sure how. Is it
due to the mods? I've got Master Controller. Do I need to remove it? If
so, how do I do it? If not, what should I do?

Hello,

We prefer it if everyone opens their own topic for the sake of keeping track. But make sure you have the latest version of Master Controller, and please open a topic if that doesn't help.
