Strange problem

I installed all games, then used ultimate fix and manual patch, but it is still like that .
When I blind choose anything it crashed. What can I do?
Do I have to reinstall everything?;C

just uninstall everything,and reinstall everything back but dont use the cracks for any of the eps till after you install seasons,and use the seasons crack,then everything should work fine!!!
