Season Sims3EP08Setup.exe on screen instructions in Korean? [SOLVED]

When I click Sims3EP08Setup.exe it automatically opens in Korean. I can read some Korean and have a Korean keyboard installed and currently using it. I cannot completely read all of the Korean so I was wondering how can I change it? Did it turn to Korean because of my installed keyboard? I don't want to just click on options from memory because I do not want to mess up my game.

I went ahead and did the installation but I would still to know if I can change it just in case in the future i need to re-install it.

What about the game language itself, is it correct?
If I'm not mistaken, the installation wizard automatically uses the default language you set for the base game.

Yes the game is still in English. I am having some troubles in the game so I might uninstall it and re-download and see what happens. I want to install it from english so I know I don't make mistakes. I just don't know why it is in Korean.

I have figured it out. I had change my system local language to Korean
in order for the characters to show up in some places. Once I changed it
back to English the setup turned to English.
