keeps freezing [CLOSED]

hello

so my problem has giving me a real hard time and i don't know what to do i did everything i could think of
my game "the sims" keeps on freezing whenever i enter the creation it freezes it just wont keep on moving
sometimes i want to plan an outfit it just stops working

what do i do?? and to keep clear i uninstalled the sims 2 times and Unstalled it again still keeps on freezing
i tried everything that the admin told us to do when the game freezes and it's the same

Are your video card drivers up to date?

Did this start happening after you got Seasons?
You're running Windows I assume?

My The Sims 3 keep freezing after I install the sims 3 seasons. Any solution?

Drop graphic settings all the way down, uncheck all boxes, and see if that helps.
