*FREEZING DURING GAMEPLAY...GAME JUST SHUTS DOWN AND I GET A MSSG IT HAS STOPPED WORKING!!* [CLOSED]

so it has taken me a few hours and i have completely re-installed the sims 3 and all the expansions...i have NO custom content at all but when i try to send my sim somewhere in town or on a trip it completely freezes and or crashes....now then my sims launcher updated to the 1.50 do i still need to use the patch from here even though it is already at 1.50? and i dont understand exactly how to do the ultimate fix...the last time i did it to the specific games listed somehow they all disappeared and i had to completely re-install them all over again..i tried to watch the vid but is kinda unclear and the steps are fast...so if someone could send me a *step by step* of how to fix my game so it doesnt crash or freeze and buy and build mode does load i would be FOREVER thankful!!
