Sims 3 Seasons stopped working.

Before I torrented the games4thworld sims 3 seasons it worked perfectly fine, but now ever since it was installed it has stopped working.

Opening the launchers fine, loading the game is fine, it's simply when I try to load sims family because half way through loading them it'll stop responding or stopped working and then closes.

I've tried the ultimate fix and yes my games fully patched with the new one, I still have the same problem.

I've tried loading it without the mods/custom content, but the problem still isn't fixed.
Can anyone help me?

It worked, but I still want to keep my sims family (the generations are massive) and mods.

Is there a way for it to work with my sims family? And mods if possible.

Put the backup folder of \Saves from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3, back into the main Document Folder, and test your existing family, see if that works, if it does, do the same for mods, just instead of doing all the mods at once, do them in small batches, it could be a out-dated or incompatible mod.

hey,i have a problem.....before i install th seasons my game worked fine,normaly but after i installed seasons i play the game for a few minutes and then it's crashing,every time i play help me pls
