Sims 3 World Adventures issues

I followed all of the instructions, And everything worked fine, however when I open the Sims launcher I get a message "There was an error during start up. Please see the Log for more details." And the bottom corner says "Version 0.0.0.0."

What can I do to fix this? I really have no interest in downloading any of the other add-ons (as it takes me 3 days to download them) is there anything I can do without downloading all the other add-ons?

But if that didn't work, I'm afraid you'll need to install Late Night and Outdoor Living Stuff and thén apply the fix to make it work.

I tried that and unfortunately it still didn't work so I just got rid of world adventures all together. However now that my base game is updated and I'm using the new Crack it has slowed down immensely. Like 15 mins. to load something that once took maybe 2 mins. And I keep getting messages that say that I've installed content that will slow down and bug my game. I think I'm just going to do a clean uninstall and just put the base game with no updates back on. Which makes me sad because most of my custom content only works when it is fully updated.

Then why not do the following:

*Backup your savegames

1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 and all of its content.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall The Sims 3 base game.
4. Install all the expansions you like, including Late Night and Outdoor Living Stuff (Must be installed).
5. When done installing them, apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-latest-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
6. See if it works now.

Isn't that exactly what you told me to do two previous posts ago and I stated the patch didn't work? So I got rid of all of the expansions and just let it update, then installed your cracks and it made things worse? I seriously feel like I"m going in circles.

In my first post I told you to just apply the crack and see if it worked. And because it didn't work, I told you to actually reinstall the game, as I described in my previous post.
