How to place the Stones Throw Greenhouse lot.

Hello everyone,
Here's a small guide on how to place the Stones Throw Greenhouse lot in-game.
I didn't know how to do this myself either, so Lady ElDi taught me.
(Click on an image to enlarge)
Go into Edit Town mode and then click on an empty lot and choose "Change Lot Type".
Change it to "Community Lot" and set it to "Visitors Allowed".
Done! You can now place the Greenhouse as follows:

It did help until step three. The picture was cut off. I havent tried to place it yet, just wanted to know the how to do of it.

Can you do a guide on how to place the Monte Vista Festival Grounds too please? It seems to be missing the colums for me and I downloaded the official ones...
