Anyone else disappointed the only skirt you can choose from for outerwear is the one huge, that came with Supernatural? 
Or am I the only one whose first thought was to want to dress your female sim in a nice jacket and in something like this:
Oh and I LOVE the new hats... though I would've really like some scarfs too

Hello,
Hmm I haven't even gotten to winter yet so I didn't give it a second thought. I did not expect a "special" skirt or pair of pants to be honest, I was thinking of warm coats, scarfs, gloves and hats as outerwear.
I guess it just doesn't get that cold on my end.
