Sims 3 Seasons cant wear outerwear

I got this bug where my sims cannot wear outerwear at all and doesnt automatically into one in winter when it goes outside...I know that a mod is affecting this...can you please give me clue of which mod might be causing this glitch?I got a loads of mods and it will be too hard to uninstall and install them again 1 by 1

Then don't do it 1-by-1. Typically when I have issues that are a process of elimination like this I do a 50/50 process of elimination. That means I enable 50% of the mods (say I have 50 mods, I enable 25) and test. If everything works fine I enable 50% of the remaining mods (13) and test. If it works I enable 7, so on and so forth. When I get to a point to where it -doesn't- work, I know that whatever was causing the conflict was in the last batch that I enabled, and I can use the 50/50 process on those specifically or maybe even 1-by-1 if it's not a huge list.
