Supernatural insert disk

I have read through everything I can find to help fix this problem. I have downloaded sims 3 and supernatural installed both then applied the manual patch followed by the ultimate fix. As far as I know I have done everything correctly, but every time I try to play the game it says please insert supernatural disk. I am sure there is something I have missed or not done but I have followed all the instructions twice just to make sure I have done it correctly. (uninstalled the reinstalled) Do I need to mount sims supernatural? If so where do I get the image to mount? Sorry if this has already been posted I tried to find a similar topic to help but could not find one.

That still does sound like a Ultimate Fix incorrectly installed. The other stuff you said isn't needed.
