My sims 3 supernatural download says insert disk 1

Ive read every post here and ive reinstalled the fix and everything. Ive always used your downloads and never had a problem so i know somehow this is my incompetency but could someone please tell me how to fix this. ive obviously botched something.

I'm having the same issue, have i done things in the wrong order?
Installed the update it asked for before installing sims3 supernat. but I'm getting the install disc error?

I have all the other packs installed.
