Create-a-Sim Crashes

Hi all!
I'm having problems creating a sim. After about 10 minutes, the game crashes. I have all the sims 3 expansions except for pets. I don't have any custom content or things like that. I've done all the fixes and the DEP exceptions. Any ideas as to why it's crashing?

Hello,
Try this: Backup and remove the The Sims 3 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts and see if it still crashes.
