Supernatural wont accept ANY registration codes! [SOLVED]

I can't seem to find anyone else who has had this problem. I've downloaded all the other expansion packs (including Seasons) with no difficulty. When the registration code box comes up I get the 'you have entered an invalid code' message. I have tried every code in the installation guide as well as many others I found online. I've tried to install this game multiple times, both before and after the Seasons patch. I've re-downloaded it. I've tried everything! I'm at a loss! Please help! Thankyou!

Can you make a screenshot of that? Quite odd...

Yes, just when it asks for the code in the installation, it wont accept anything! Its just the message you get if you make an error in the code. 'You have entered an invalid code. Please re-enter your code.'

No. It's the registration code that you fill in within the installation itself. It appears with every Sims 3 game. The only abnormality is that it WILL NOT accept ANY code I put in:/

I've tried copy and pasting. No joy!

This is just weird. Can you please still post a screenshot of the installation wizard with the error?

Also, try extracting the downloaded .rar file using WinRAR (NO other programs!) and then try again.

So I went to install supernatural so that I could get a screen shot of the error message. And it went through and installed perfectly! I did nothing differently so I have no idea what happened! Sorry for wasting your time but the game seems to have fixed itself!
