Opportunity error wut?

Hey everyone!
My Sim did an opportunity on helping an investigation at the police station but after my Sim completed that, no opportunity music or an opportunity completed message showed up and at the opportunity tab, the Helping the Investigation task thing is still here even after my Sim did that!

Hello,
Test your game without the mods to see if any of your mods cause the problem. Just backup and remove the mods folder temporarily to see if that's it.

Hello,
You can see which one caused the problem by putting them back in small groups. Once the problem starts occurring, you can narrow down which mod causes it.
