HELP! Auto shut down![SOLVED]

Help! I followed thee step how to install correctly the sims 3 and i installed the sims 3 base game and only seasons, i played half way and my computer just shut down itself for 3 times! Can anyone tell me what I did wrongly? PS i update my game to latest and EA manager is not officially used but Origin. HELP!!

I've done the DEP method, it stands for several minutes, but at last it auto shut down! it's not crash, it's auto forced shut down! Pls, is that consider a "crash" ?

Mod i dun have any, even i deleted everything, and reinstall the sims 3 base game it also auto shut down! My windows 7 is all up to date. Can you pls tell me the dummies way to install it step by step? I'll try to install it again. Thanks a lot!

You want to reinstall the entire game? These instructions will help you out, but you could start with steps 2-4 first, before you uninstall and reinstall everything. It can make a difference.

Yes please, to make sure you have the latest version of both, and reapply them. Even if you've already used the patch and the fix before.

I finally found out why. This is what I did.
1)Used the ultimate fix
2)Manually update Sims 3
3)Put #crack into correct files
4)Backup and Delete the Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3
5)Use the 4gb patch to all .exe files
6)Turn off antivirus
7)PUT A FAN UNDER MY LAPTOP
it works and didnt crash, although something freezes, but it become normal after that.
It auto shut down is because my computer is overheat, as they say, the graphic card is overheat due to the sims 3 gameplay!
Problem solved, but one more topic I've open, it's about another installation problem, pls help me solve it! Thanks alot!!
