Season's - Unofficial Game Modification

Hello. I have all the expansions and stuff packs (Base game-Supernatural) and they worked fine. I think I did something wrong when I replaced the TS3W and .dll file to the Game/Bin folder, then updated, and started the game without putting the #crack stuff in. (I got the unofficial modification). So here's what I did:

1) Downloaded Manual Patch (1.42) and Ultimate fix.
2) Season's TS3W Replaced in Game/Bin folder
3) Mods removed
4) Updated game through Manuel patch (even though the thing said it was unnessesary)
5) Restarted computer
6) put #crack in Game/Bin folder
7) Ran the game through administrator
AND I STILL GOT THE "Unnoficial game modification"

What did I do wrong? I don't want to have to re-install everything again! Help

You need to put the files in the folder "#Crack" into Game/Bin of the base game ( NOT OF THE EXPANSION PACK BIN FOLDER ) and not the whole folder.

Okay, so I re-updated the patch with the manual patch, and then I put the crack in the right location, and then re-checked all my mods, using Delphy's dashboard and stuff like that. And.... It worked.

I haven't really played yet, because I don't really have the time right now, but now the game opens and everything seems to be there.
I don't know what was different from what I did now and before, but it seems to work! Thanks guys. When I actually play the game, I'll confirm if it's really working!!

I found time to play the game, and it loaded fine, but when it prompted me to put new buildings and lots for seasons(which I accepted), the game immediately crashed.

I opened up CLA, which told me I had a corrupt save, even though it worked and saved fine before I got seasons.

Hello,

There are a lot of issues with Seasons, not all of them can be fixed. You can try the solutions here, and make sure your mods are up to date.
You could also porter your sims to a fresh town and not deal with placing the lots yourself at all. Once you start a new town, the lots should be there, if it's an EA world.
