I dont know if I'm posting in the wrong topic but I'm having the same problem as well! I updated the game and cracked it but now it says I have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match my current version of Sims WhatDidUJustCallMe?

That happens when something has gone wrong while patching. You can try redonwnloading patch and reinstalling, then cracking again. Or just try to apply the patch you downloaded last time and crack it, but something may have gone wrong with the download.

Besides what @urmom said, are you using any mods ? If so, have you made sure that these mods are compatible with the game patch version 1.67 ?
