Erm, just a little lost.. How do I do the manual update? Without installing outdoor stuff and all that,

Hello,
I used to know a website where they had all manual patches, but I unfortunately lost it.
I recommend you search Google for the manual patched for The Sims 3 and its expansions.
Look what the expansion is that you have and then only download a patch for that version. The other expansions should be updated too then. If not, just install the patches one by one.
