World install problem![SOLVED]

The Sims 3 world install problem!?
When i try to install custom world in my game it says: Westerberg.Sims3Pack: Requires a software update. Please make sure your game has the latest Software updates. Done! But when i open my game and want to chose that world it is not on the list! Please help!!! I use Win7 btw!

No it come from PeggyZoneom. But when i try to install Sunlight Tides i have same problem!!!

Do you have the expansions needed for the world? How about patch level, are you using base game version 1.42?

Hello,
Please remain patient.
If your base game is version 0.0.0.0, that's your problem right there. Your game isn't going to work at all. Please follow steps 2-4 on this page.

Oh 1 more thing. My game works and i did installed Riverview ok. Any other city i couldn't install!!!

Hello,
Please, don't panic. I was simply picking my children up from school and spending some time with them.
It's asking for the disk because you forgot to copy the crack from the fix, you may reinstall everything you uninstalled, as long as you reset the pc first (to avoid registry errors). Then copy the crack from the fix (or Seasons) and you'll be able to start your game normally.
Edit: Wait, you didn't uninstall anything ok. Carefully reapply the entire fix, with the exception of step 11, and don't forget the crack.
And please, edit your post rather than replying to yourself if you want to add something.
