World Adventure install problem!

World Adventure install problem! Empty World Adventure install problem!

When i try to install WA from disk it asks me to update the sims 3. But when i try to do it it's says: Error with The Sims 3 update. Setap is unable to continue. I don't know what to do. I played it before.
