Request, of sorts

I was wondering, anyone who enjoys/is good at/has done it before, could you possibly make a blank map for me.
Thing is I downloaded the world creator and I cant get the hang of it but would really like a sort of blank canvas just to add all my own stuff.
I would like a map like the attached picture (lines roads obviously, my amazing word skills haha)
If anyone would like to do this it would be much appreciated.
