Extracting sims and household from saves file?[CLOSED]
Hello , is there any way to extract sims and household from the saves files? I unable to load my saved files, it crashes halfway...I have tried everything, including deleting mod, cleaning cache but no luck.Can anyone help me ? I had spend a lot of times on this saves and I don't want to create a new one. Any suggesting ?

Hello,
I don't think you can, but you could try to load the backup save. It's also in your saves folder and it is called yoursavegame.sims3.backup.
To access it, start by backing up and removing yoursavegame.sims3. Now, rename the backup save, by removing the .backup part of the folder's name.
You could also try these possible crashing solutions.

I do as you instruct but it is still crashing, recently just creating a new town and didnt crash. It seems that the old saves is corrupt?

Did you add or remove anything right before you started having this problem?

Nope
Anyways, guess I just have to let it go and start a new save.Thanks for helping though.Requesting thread to be close
