Saved game issues

Hello,

I'm able to play in all saved games that I have, except in one which crashes my game.
The game itself is not that old or big in comparison to my main saved game.
This game is currently set on Riverview.

I've tried removing all CC and Mods yet it kept crashing.
I've also quickly looked at topics related to The Sims 3 issues and I didn't find anything like my problem.
My OS is Windows 7 (64 bits) and I use the patch that allows The Sims 3 to spend more than 2GB of RAM.

Any help or suggestion is welcome.

If the save causing the problem is the only one in a particular world, try reinstalling that world. If you have other saves using that world and they load fine, then you probably have a corrupt save ...there is no viable solution to those. You could look in your saves folder for a backup of that game; it will have "backup" (without quotes) in the filename, rename the file to remove "backup" then see if it appears and loads in the game (you will only have backup files if you quicksave to the same slot, not if you "save as" and use individual names for each save).

I deleted and re-installed Riverview, I tried opening the conflicted save game, now with the re-installed world, and it crashed again. I renamed the backup and tried loading it but the game froze on the loading page.

Is there still any chance to load this game?


Update 15th October:

So I stepped upon a program that analyzes The Sims 3 crash logs, the program said that the "likely cause" was that there were updates for my expansions and stuff packs. However, the game itself says that everything is updated...

Once again I don't know what it might really be...
