Same errors over again?[CLOSED]

For a couple days now I've been trying to get" The product requires an installed copy of the sims 3. Please install the 3 before installing this product" To go away. However, I even tried to install the original Sims 3 base because one of helper said....I extracted the files , but I got the same error again. I'm even sure if I downloaded the right game since the helper told me it was the one near the bottom page. I even asked one of my closet friends to read the instruction to me since I have dyslexia and he said he didn't understand himself.

I try installed the Sims pets - HOt- , but i'm sure if that was the right one
- Atomix Virtual DJ 6.0.3
- Burger Shop
- The Sims 3 (Read THIS) *HOT* <---The one I downloaded

I even looked on the FAQ on forums and mines looks totally different from what I've seen.
