Unofficial Game Modification. [SOLVED]

So, I have downloaded the Base game, Master Suite, Showtime, Diesel, Supernatural and Seasons from games4theworld.org and installed them. After that, I installed Monte Vista and Level UP Collection Set from your MediaFire Account and when I launched the game, it said that I have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match my current version of the game. The message also included the following: "We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs."
Later on, I uninstalled the content but the message kept appearing.
Any ideas how can I fix this?

I have no idea, but I am getting the same error as well as I just installed the new version of the ultimate fix.

If you uninstalled them and you're still getting the error try clearing the caches. There's a guide in various places (one in these forums somewhere) - or you can use my "Save Game Manager" (found in the Miscellaneous section of the Exchange) and have everything cleaned out by clicking a button.

If removing the Mods and CC didn't work, please re-do step 2 to 4: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly and re-download both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix(!).

I've had that error pop up in my game before. My issue was that one of my mods was not updated to the current game version, so you might try looking through any mods/cc that you have to see if everything is compatible with the version of the game that you're using.
