Greenhouse issues. [CLOSED]

I have not had any issues with the Greenhouse for quite some time until I recently updated.

Before the update, I was able to plant pretty much anything in my greenhouse as long as the Sim had the skill level), also my roof never leaked andthe weather never affected the plants.

Now, my roof doesn't keep out the elements, I can't plant anything unless I use the move cheat and for some reason the Sim has a bad moodlet about the room not being finished.

I am patched to 1.48/ and I have all the EP and SP installed.

I currently have no MODS.

EDIT: Admin, I uninstalled the old one, then I cleaned my caches, rebooted my PC and re-installed the Greenhouse you provided the link. When I went into the game, I built a small greenhouse, just to see, and I get the same thing. I fast forwarded the seasons and it still rains and snows inside the grenhouse, I still have to use the move cheat to plant anything, but at least I haven't noticed any bad moodlets for unfinished room. Granted I didn't play that long.

Any other suggestions Admin or anyone else?

That's odd. Other than that, I don't have any more possible solutions, at the moment.

There's a new development with the greehouse. Now, whenever my Sim uses the greenhouse, even to dance with the sunflowers, my game crashes to the desktop. When they don't use it (I take the door away so they can't enter) my game continues.
