CAS freezing after installing seasons and the latest patch

So, I have a new problem again about my sims 3..
just recently updating the patch to 1.47, (I download the manual patch from this site)
and I applying the fix and I install the sims 3 seasons.
when I open the game.. it says "It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs.
Do you want to quit?
Quit or Continue" and I click continue..
when I want to create a sim, it lagging so much... and it suddenly freezing.. I wait about 1 hour and it still freezing.
so I open my task manager and forcing to end the game. I tried it for 3 times already, and it keep freezing..
anyone can help me?

Are you using any mods or cc? That error is almost always caused by either an outdated or conflicting mod or an outdated crack.

ah.. yes.. I have many cc.. so I need to remove the cc??

I'm sorry, but I already running the game without the package folder.. but it still freezing in CAS...

Well now I would recommend re-doing steps 2-4 in this thread. There is a new patch level and crack out, and that may help.

I already update my sims to 1.48 patch..
but it still freezing in the CAS.. T___T

I'd just do step 4 of the ultimate fix. I had the message come up when I installed seasons and this fixed it

i did everything in the ultimate fix and everything and it wont stop freezing in CAS. I have no cc and no mods

Backup and remove the sims 3 folder out of your documents. This will get rid of all the caches and start the game out basically as if it were brand new.
