error install sims3 showtime & season Empty error install sims3 showtime & season

when I try to Install both expansion pack to my pc there is a error & I cant continue doing the process. it says " setup has detected that the sims 3 is corrupt or not properly installed. setup are unable to continue."

but, when I play again my sims 3, it seen okey. please help me with this problem because I really like to play another expansion pack for this game.
