no move in window post marriage

Sims 3 post getting sun lit tides and monte cito expansion, after marriage the move in window doesnt appear. Please help with this issue. thanks

Ya i do have downloaded from media fire as told by you'll
but the problem is to install the mods i hadnt read the file so i would right click it and just do open with sims 3 and the launcher would open and the files would be installed i havent created the mods folder in documents and done all that.
Please do help me with the problem above though. thanks

Can you have your sim ask the other to move in with them?

no. Also after marriage by default the move in window must appear right?
I dont know why its not happening.
Another issue is when my sim is out. the rest sometimes get hunged upto the point they pass out and then until i go back to them they dont get fine. also long time until that happens.
But major issue is this move in window not appearing post marriage

No my free will is turned on only. I dont know what the problem is. Also i didnt want to use cheats so was thinking if there is any other way fro this to work like how it used to before..

Also whats the solution for constant game hanging. Thank you for ur prompt replies.

to be more specific my characters get invisible and then until i go to
them and wait for them to get visible and room to appear then after a
long wait they begin to act on their tasks.
totally 3 issues,

1. characters get invisible and thus problems
2. Post Marriage no move in window appearing
3. Game gets hung randomly
