Sims 4 Installation Help. Temp folder doesn't exist?

I downloaded the torrent from Pirate Bay and am having a couple of issues installing it. First of all, there are two set up files and I tried both. The first one says "the installation package could not be opened. Verify the package exists and that you can access it..........." and the second one attempts to make changes to a folder that cannot be found and so I have no other option but to cancel the installation. I posted a photo of the pop up that shows up after I try to install it with the other installation file.

Hi! Please install WinRAR on your computer, exclude the proper folders on your anti virus (plus the folder where you're going to extract the RAR files), and follow the video's instructions below (the video also has the links for the files you need to download).
