You have to have a legal base game of The Sims 4 on Origin, and use that one to access the gallery and download stuff. You can then transfer the items (saved into the "Tray"-folder under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4), to your pirated game. See for example the discussion here to learn more about the issue:

is there a new update? i have stopped playing this game for 3 months now. im lost.

if you stopped playing for 3 months then yes, city living and Sims 4 Vintage Glamour Stuff Pack were released just before christmas. vampire pack and toddler update are not included though.

aw, thank u for clearing this up, i was rlly lost at the time i posted that message
my pc is still broken so im glad the toddlers update crack isnt up yet.
