missing(??) sims 3 installation file

hi hi i need a small bit of help regarding the sims 3 installation

rather than using the disk, i used a virtual one (virtual clonedrive). my best friend had used the same thing when she used your download, and it worked perfectly, but i've gotten to this small hiccup

when the installshield wizard asks me for the fullbuild1.package halfway through the installation process, i can only find 0 and 17. there is no 1 in my entire computer or in any of the downloads i've gotten.

it's awfully?? distressing?? i honestly don't know what i'm doing wrong. i just wanted to play the game and i can't get any farther with this, so if you can help, it would be great, thank you!!

(also i'm terribly sorry if i've asked a stupid question and i look like a complete idiot rn)
