Mass effect resolution. [SOLVED]

Hi it's me again. I have a 23'' monitor and the max ingame resolution i can selected is 1280x1080.
Last time i played it(half a year ago) i played it on 1920x1080.
But with this installation my mass effect utility won't run and it says it found a problem and shuts down.
