Illegal disc Sims 3

Hi lads,
So, I installed the sims 3, and it worked. I played for a couple of hours, shut down my pc and went to bed.
Now, the next day, I mounted the .iso again using Deamon Tools, and started the game. But suddenly I have got illegal disc and that I should contact their costumer service.
So, does anyone have the solution to this?

Hello,
If you only have the base game installed, that's your first problem.
Please be sure to read those instructions from step 1, DO NOT skip any steps and re-download both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix. Good luck and please let us know the result!
