annoying static soun.[SOLVED]

HEy guys i have this wierd problem that has come up all of a sudden..
whenever i move down a floor or go up a floor..theres this annoying static sound that just pops out..its like that sound when change the frequency in a radio(in real life)...its like a buzz kind of thing...
i just installed 70's 80's and 90's and have version 1.47

Hello,
Re-do step 2-4 on this page: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly and re-download both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.
That should fix your problem. Good luck and please let us know the result!
