Can't add Parks. [SOLVED]

Hello All!
This isn't the first time I had the issue, but is the first time I've been frustrated by it. I can't seem to place a Big Park in worlds with out them. For the Aurora Skies, I can't add a park for the Seasons festivals. The world works just fine, downloaded from this fine site! I'm not sure what is the reason, as I have tried it as a Park and/or Visitors Allowed lot. It is the correct size, so I can't figure the issue the world has with adding the venue. If someone can help me supersede this issue, that would be awesome. ^_^ Please and Thank you!

To add Festival lots in Aurora Skies, you should better download the official Aurora Skies Festival Lot from here. then when you find a suitable size and lot to place this, set the type of the lot to Festival Lot and not big park or Visitors allowed.

Success!! It worked! I had to bulldoze the property first, as selecting
any community setting wouldn't allow a property to be place, the issue I
always have, oddly. But after bulldozed, selecting the park, the game
allowed it to be placed. Yay!! Thank you so much!
