Need help installing the expansion packs, help!

I'm sorry to post ANOTHER thread about this, but none of the ones I read helped.
Keep in mind I am EXTREMELY ignorant when it comes to things like this. This is my first time trying to torrent a game.

Alright, I bought the actual base Sims 3 game from Walmart, it's registered and all. Now, I don't exactly have the money to buy all of the expansions. I've been trying to torrent them, I have utorrent, but it's just not working with me. I looked all over this site and nothing is making sense or fixing my problem, so
A) What files should I use for the expansions?
B) What should I use to run them? I can't get them to run at all.
C) How do I get them to work?

I have the actual physical disc, so, I don't know. Please help :C
All I have is utorrent I have nothing to run the stuff. Please help me! So, so lost. :c

Have you got them downloaded alright, or do you need help with that also?

If you do have them downloaded, do you have winRAR on your computer? If you don't, download that here.

Once you've gotten all of that completed, extract the file using winRAR. (Create a folder somewhere for the files to go into, right click on the downloaded file, click "extract files..." and enter in the file path for the empty folder you created (Must have a different folder for EACH expansion))

There will be an included text document called "Installation guide" Open that up, and follow the instructions. Some of the instructions are outdated at this point, but if you have any questions about them, something seems odd to you, or you just generally need more help, be sure to let us know.

I'll go download them right now though.

Are you fine with downloading them then? No issues or questions about it?

Won't run anything cause apparently something associated with the sims is already running?
But origins is closed, the game disc isn't in my computer, etc
Also the istallation guide tells me to open a .exe file, first of the list, and there isn't one... s: aaand nothing will open.

Supernatural worked but won't open because theres no disc

My regular base game wont work now too, says theres no disc even though its in there.

DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.

I've already done all that and downloaded all of that, it did not work.

Hm maybe This will Help Remove Everything first from Sims 3 Base game up to the latest Expansion Pack/ STuff you have .. Then Install the Base Game first after installing the base game Install the Latest Expansion You have (remember to Install it in different Folder lol) then try it, if its working , then install the rest of the Expansion Packs/stuffs you have .. Remember to patch on version 1.50 then use the ultimate fix.

Where exactly did you get your base game from?
If downloaded via torrent, please post a screenshot of the folder where you copied the crack to.

I only have the physical disc copy of the game, legally bought from Walmart. I do not have any expansion packs, I am trying to download torrented ones and make those work.
I have tried everything suggested in the other forums, and it hasn't worked.
