Game won't open at all! [SOLVED]

I'm a complete computer noob, so pardon me and my probable fail :l

I've got the retail version of the base game, and downloaded Supernatural, Pets and WA. I followed all instructions on how to install TS3 correctly, except the manual patch- as you've mentioned on your FB page that I shouldn't update. Everything seems to be going fine, except there's one problem- my game will not open whatsoever.
I've tried making shortcuts to the .exe file, then running them as an administrator, running the .exe files directly, AND attempting to start it through the launcher (which otherwise functions as normal) but every time I try nothing comes up at all. I've checked task manager, and that pretty much confirmed it ): No window, nothing.
It also comes up with 'Unable to Connect to Origin', though that happens fairly often to me anyway...
The launcher claims that all my EPs etc have installed just fine... I've also checked the instructions to be sure I've done the cracks properly (I'm very forgetful though, so sorry if it's me being an idiot... ), and I followed each step (bar the patch, obviously).
Is this all happening because I haven't manual patched? I have tons of CC, and I'm completely certain none of that's causing it, as I checked it all in Delphy's dashboard. I've also disabled AwesomeMod's NoCD option too.





(If you need any other screenshots, just say. I wasn't entirely sure what to include...)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Launcher now being temperamental...at points it won't open, either. :\

I would reapply the crack from the fix. It looks like one of the files didn't copy correctly, as the date is wrong on it.

Okay, tried it again, but now I keep getting this error repeatedly:

Your sims launcher is open. Make sure it's completely closed before trying again.

Tried again, made sure the launcher was closed- same error when trying to move the .dll file :S

Are you on an admin account for your computer?

(Btw. HP computers rock. )


EDIT/// Just remembered that I had that issue myself once, and ended up having to take the files out of the fix completely, and put them on my desktop, and copy them from there.

My laptop's given me a fair share of heartache recently actually! x)

Does this look okay to you? I tried extracting the #Crack folder to my desktop and then copying it...same error ):
I'm not on the Administrator account, no- but usually giving administrator permission works! :S

Well it looks like the file updated to the newer one somewhere along the way lol

So I would try running your game now, and see if it works.

I updated my game to 1.50 and placed the crack, and it worked this time! Except...
"It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification...."
Did I do something wrong? ): I followed all the instructions! Should I just press continue and ignore...?

EDIT: All good now! It was AwesomeMod causing the issue
