How do i fix "Unhandled exception ..." during istallation

i run sims3setup.exe
when the installation almost finished , there was i pop up box said
"Unhandled Exception
Error number : 0x80040702
Discription: falied to load DLL:DSETUP
Set up will now terminate"
can i know what's wrong and how to fix this

Have you tried to install Sims 3 again from another source? I suggest you go into regedit and delete everything Sims 3 related. Then, try installing again. Good luck and post back with your results!

"sims3setup.exe"? Sounds like a modified download, where did you get it from?
I recommend getting all non-modified versions from Games4theworld.
