New Medieval update/fix working? [SOLVED]

Hi I saw that you updated the ultimate fix for the new update for Sims Medieval, but when I go to play it says to please insert disc. I know that I installed correctly and looked at the instructions and I still can't get it to work. Do I need to completely uninstall my game for it to work? Please help

No, there's no need to completely reinstall the game in order to make the Fix work. Please read the included "# Installation Guide.pdf" of the Fix very carefully on where exactly to put which files.
If you put them in the wrong folder, you'll keep getting the "Please insert disc" error.
