Problem with the Stones Throw Greenhouse

OK, so I've been having this confusing problem that I can't seem to figure out.

First, I had this issue:



For some reason, there were white cubes all over the place.

So I found this: GreenhouseSET_New&Fixed.Sims3Pack

I uninstalled the old greenhouse, then installed the "new and fixed" version.

But now the greenhouse looks like this:




What the heck just happened, and how can I fix this?

Hello! I've been having this same issue as well, along with Venues not showing up in-game despite being listed as installed in the launcher. I uninstalled the old Greenhouse and installed the New&Fixed, but now the Greenhouse looks like the second picture this user posted. Other Venues, such as the Olympian Physique and the Lucky Simolian Casino also do not show up.

I go to "Edit Town" and then to "Community Lots" and only the broken Greenhouse is there. I know you guys are busy so I dont expect a response for a while, lols.

I also have the same issue with the green house. Actually just half the issue. I have the white boxes in the green house, I am guessing that is the default when a lot has something that is supposed to b there but is not installed and the game cant substitute it.
I saw the new and improved version but got sidetracked so I am still stuck with just the white boxes..

That makes 3 of us. I accidentally deleted the set when I was deleting some houses I downloaded. I re install it, but it told me the package was already installed. How can that be when I just uninstalled it. Even after installing it again, I get the second picture and families that used the gardening station get replacements with other objects. Hope someone can find a fix or tell what it is we're doing wrong if that is we're the problem.
