Sims 3 Blackscreen. Please Help.

So I've downloaded all of your expansions and follow the "How to install the Sims 3 correctly" but when I try to open the game it just turns black and the Task Mannager says it's not Responding. My launcher dosen't work and never did.

Have you recently updated you game? Do you meet the system requirements?

Nope I can't run my launcher I never could . I had sims 3 installed in this pc before and i just used the TS3 instead of it .

I have updated my game as it said in the "How to install the Sims 3 correctly" . And i do meet system requirements. But I can tell you what my Computer has. (sorry for the bad english). I had the sims blackbox complete edition and it worked fine but I uninstalled it because I wanted the other expansions and did what was said in the "How to install the Sims 3 correctly " (sorry for the bad english).

I believe this is a computer registry problem. Perhaps you should download a Sims 3 black screen error tool?

I don't know what it is :S all i could find on google was

"1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\your name\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

2. Open the Options.ini file

3. Look for the line that says "fullscreen = 1", then change the 1 to a 0"

I've done this and still dosen't work :s I'm going to do more search . Thank you
