Unable to Access Website

Hello people,

Unfortunately it seems that I am unable to access games4theworld. It times out and never lets me enter. I read a previous post saying how it could be exhausted from the huge amount of traffic (which is plausible because you all just released University Life) but this has gone on for about three days now. I'm a bit worried.

Is it me or is it the website?

Exact Message (Google Chrome):

The connection to [redacted link] was interrupted.

Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

It's still from the website, sadly. If you're looking to download university, the only way to do so is the direct link, or going through the pirate bay, both of which are in Admin's post about it being released.

I'm not really in a rush to down University, but I was going to lurk the site for some other downloads. Ah well, at least it isn't me!

Hello there,

I'm afraid it's the overload, yes. The server just can't handle that much load. (This happens almost every time a new expansion pack is released)
Anyhow, we'll try to get it up again as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can find all our downloads on our TPB account too.
