Unofficial error Empty Unofficial error

I downloaded University and before I did I updated and checked mods and sliders to see if they need updating. I updated the ones that need to be updated. Once I pulled up Sims 3 to play and got to a black screen. A few seconds later it went back to my desktop saying "Unofficial game" blah blah blah "Quit or continue, if you continue it might crash or cause bugs" and such. Now this has happened before but with Sims 2. I forgot how I got past it. Help! Help

This can also be because of the crack not matching your version. So, re-download the ultimate fix and apply the crack folder. Then try. If that doesn't get rid of the error, then backup and remove your mods folder so we can see if that gets rid of it. If it does, then at least one of your mods is not compatible.
