TS3 unofficial modification error

I have sims 3,supernatural,seasons,pets,into the future,university life & island paradise . I hit play button, and after a few seconds, my sims 3 game does't open, only just black. i exit using Ctrl+Esc and an error appear :
"The Sims 3 
          It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your           current version of the Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game                     modifications or get updated version of them - otherwise you may experience crashes               or significant bugs.


          Do you want to quit?"    
                      

P.S. all my sims 3's are already updated to the latest version, and i have done the sims 3 fix. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MAKES THIS HAPPEN!!!   

Please re-download the Ultimate Fix and try again. Open the folder #crack from the Ultimate Fix and drag and drop the content of it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Replace the files when prompted.

i did what you said, redownload my sims 3 fix, but still the same

I suspect the patch level of the base game doesn't match the Ultimate Fix. Can you open skuversion.txt in C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin? Copy and paste the number on the line "GameVersion=" here.

Also do you have any mods? Please remove them completely and update them as soon as possible.

it worked ! i think it has something to do with some of my mods version.

Please (re-)download the mods from the corresponding mod creators. If you cannot find the mods that are compatible with your patch level on the mod creators' websites, I don't think you should install those again.
